Capel Creates Uniquely Capel Care Program

Capel Rugs will roll out a customer care program for retailers at the High Point Market in April with the introduction of “Uniquely Capel.”
Uniquely Capel is designed to give retailers a unique market experience as a way to showcase how Capel is willing to meet retailers’ unique needs. Dealers who schedule appointments with their Capel sales representative will have the opportunity to relax and recharge their personal and electronic batteries in the company’s showroom with amenities such as chair massages provided by licensed massage therapists and charging stations for mobile devices.
“We are excited about the rollout of “Uniquely Capel,” said Cameron Capel, vice president of national accounts. “This campaign is all about making our dealers’ jobs and lives easier. We want to give them a unique experience at market that is welcoming and supportive and shows how much we value their relationship. We want them talking about their experience with us, not just our great products and services.”
Capel has continued to expand its services to meet dealers’ needs, including its dedicated sales team, exclusive designs, flexible inventory, and, most recently, ease of online ordering and on-demand shipping.
“Uniquely Capel takes our focus on customer care to a new, higher level,” Capel said. “It gives us a unique way to communicate with our dealers and gives them a unique way to experience our dedication to providing them with unique solutions to their unique problems.”
Massage therapists will be available in the Capel showroom during market from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. April 16-19.
