Stanley Furniture Unveils Virage

2016 by in Casegoods, Product
Virage features distinct lines and clean surfaces accented with subtle moulding and arched bases.
“For more than half a century, contemporary furniture has been a tradition within Stanley Furniture,” said Randy Wells, vice president of creative. “As evidenced by the mid-century modern designs of our flagship Heritage collection and most recently our Crestaire collection, contemporary styling is an important part of our brand’s design language.”
The collection is available in two finishes including Truffle, a brown wood finish that showcases the warmth of cherry veneers accented by a lightly striated caviar black paint and hand-applied antique gold leaf highlights. The other finish is a matte gray Basalt wood finish on pecan veneers.
“Our Virage collection is aptly named for the daring turns, or virages, of the Circuit de Monaco where the famed Monaco Grand Prix has been run in the neighborhood of Monte Carlo since 1929,” Wells said. “We believe this authentic, exciting collection is deserving of the title.”
