Laura Kirar, Duralee Introduce 2nd Collection

Interior designer Laura Kirar has unveiled her second collection for fabric supplier Highland Court, a division of Duralee.
“I see this second collection for Highland Court as a creative evolution of influences and a coordinating palette to the first,” Kirar said. “I think the influences of my global travels are apparent. The foundation for me is always nature, but there is a layering of different experiences and locales that helped me produce a collection evocative of many places.”
The collection includes 117 woven patterns and prints designed from Kirar’s sketchbook. The color palette reflects gems, metals and minerals and range from charcoal to emerald and lapis to burnt plum and waxy lavender.
