Las Vegas Market Sets Seminar Schedule

Las Vegas Market will showcase a series of programming to appeal to designers, furniture, gift and home décor buyers and retailers at the upcoming January Market.
Set for Jan. 24-28, the Market’s winter edition offers attendees a breadth of choices—more than 30 in all—to learn from some of the most important designers in the industry, connect with peers, get ahead of the curve on trends, earn CEU credits and acquire insights on important issues impacting the future. New for Winter, the first-ever seminar room in dedicated temp area The Pavilions will showcase an even broader array of programming and networking opportunities.
Highlighting the roster are: Las Vegas Market-exclusive 2016 Design Icon Thomas Pheasant – the centerpiece of winter programming, Pheasant will share his experiences working with an array of high-profile clients, as well as impart his design wisdom and philosophies; FIRST LOOK – Las Vegas Market’s signature trend program with curated themes, market resources aligned with themes, product vignettes and companion color guide; Hope for the Future with Monica Pedersen, Jamie Durie, Robin WIlson & Dwell Media – the panel will discuss responsible choices and point designers to resources among Las Vegas Market exhibitors; Pantone 2016 Color Forecast – two colors lead the way in Laurie Pressman’s presentation; as well as designer-led curated tours, book-signing parties with designers and celebrities like the Beekman Boys, the Gift for Life fundraiser and reception and much more.
