2015 by in Designer Weekly
The High Point Market Authority’s opening breakfast will focus on how regional designs and international trends coexist in residential interiors.
The breakfast topic, “Design and Sense of Place: How do Geography and Aesthetic Relate?”, will be moderated by magazine editors Kyle Hoepner of New England Home and Elizabeth Ralls of Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles.
The panel will be comprised of Mary Douglas Drysdale (Drysdale, Inc.), Susan Ferrier (McAlpine Booth & Ferrier Interiors), Heather Wells (Heather Wells, Inc.), and Christopher Kennedy (Christopher Kennedy, Inc.).
Developed in partnership with Esteem Media, the program will act as the kick-off event for the inaugural Design Bloggers Tour.
“This panel is such a great mix of top-notch designers,” said Adam Japko, founder of Esteem Media. “I think the discussion is going to be full of great insight for designers to then take home and integrate into future design projects.”
Open to all Market attendees the breakfast will take place in the High Point Theatre, Saturday, Oct. 17. A breakfast buffet will begin at 8:30 a.m. and the program will begin at 9 a.m. Details and an RSVP form can be found online.
