NY NOW Boosts International Mix

NY NOW is growing its international mix of exhibitors for the upcoming market. 

The market will feature 515 international exhibitors from more than 65 countries participating in the summer 2015 event set for Aug. 15-19, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. 

“NY NOW continues to lead the industry in showcasing international resources for production and sourcing, and the expanded mix of global exhibitors at the summer Market exemplifies our continued commitment to this vital market segment,” said Randi Mohr, NY NOW co-director and vice president. “This summer, we are making it easier than ever for NY NOW attendees and exhibitors to source globally while shopping locally.”

International exhibitors will be featured across all three of the market’s venues—Home, Lifestyle and Handmade.

Twenty-four country pavilions and groups will represent 17 countries at the market, with the largest collection being part of Artisan Resource, an offering of U.S.-based volume importers, direct import retailers, wholesalers and designers the opportunity to meet with international artisanal producers from around the world.
