California House Moves to Expanded High Point Showroom

California House will show in a larger showroom during next month’s High Point Market.

The company, which produces home entertainment and game room furniture, will show in Market Square in space MS276.

“The move to Market Square gives us not only a larger, permanent location to display a broader depth of fun new products, but the space also has some spectacular architecture to work with,” said David Start, vice president of California House. “All of us love the history and story of the Historic Market Square building and we think it is an up-and‐coming location with many important vendors. The larger space will allow us to tell the story of where our products fit in the marketplace.”

The case will be branded as California House/TV Lift Beds. The company has spun off its line of TV lift beds to be marketed under a separate entity.

The showroom is being designed and accessorized by the Barbour Spangle Design Group out of High Point. The space features old hardwood floors, exposed steel I‐beams, and brick walls to go with a bit of natural light.

“We knew we had to put our best foot forward with this new space and we couldn’t be happier. Our product selection for April market fits the space beautifully and we have several new product introductions that we are very excited about,” Start said.

Complimentary local northern California wines will be served daily to buyers during the Market.
