Taylor Dayne, Christopher Cross to Perform at High Point Market

High Point Market will take a step back in musical time April with its Stars Under the Stars lineup.
Grammy winner Christopher Cross and Grammy nominated Taylor Dayne will be on Center Stage April 18 and April 19 during the Spring Market.
Dayne will perform Saturday, April 18. She has sold a combined 75 million singles and albums during her career and is best known for her Top 10 hits like “Tell It to My Heart” and “Love Will Lead You Back”. Dayne was inducted in to the Long Island Music Hall of Fame in 2012.
Cross will perform Sunday, April 19. Cross, an Oscar, Golden Globe and five-time Grammy winning artist, came onto the music scene in the early 1980s with his debut album featuring the No. 1 single “Sailing”. In 1981, he was awarded the Best New Artist and Song of the year Grammys for the song. With 9 million album sales worldwide, Cross most recently released his 13th album entitled “Secret Ladder”, in 2014.
Doors open for all events at 7 p.m. at Center Stage, between the Transportation Terminal and Showplace, and the concerts will begin at 7:30 p.m. Doors will open at 6:45 p.m. for market-goers who have been issued a Buyer pass. Food and drinks are provided to all market-goers with a current Spring Market pass and photo ID. No one under the age of 15 will be admitted.
