Schumacher to Relocate N.Y. Showroom this Summer

Decorative fabric, home furnishings and wall coverings supplier F. Schumacher & Co. is leaving Madison Avenue in New York this summer for a new office and showroom at 875 Avenue of the Americas.
The company has signed a 10-year lease for more than 11,000 square feet on the 14th floor of the building.
The building, located at Avenue of the Americas and West 31st Street, was built in the 1920s. It recently underwent a $3 million improvement project that included renovations to the lobby, common areas and bathrooms, as well as installation of new elevators, upgraded windows and a new heating and air system.
