EwingCole Names Director of Business Development, Marketing

Ronda Bailey has been named executive director of business development and marketing for EwingCole, an architecture, engineering and interior design firm.
Previously a consultant to EwingCole, Bailey is responsible for the leadership of the company’s business development and marketing team, cultivating new client relationships and creating tailored solutions to the marketplace and clients. She has more than 25 years of experience in business development and marketing.
“Ronda has a proven track record of fostering long term business relationships with industry leaders,” explains Mark Hebden, president at EwingCole. “Her strategic thinking, strong winning attitude and positive approach are assets that will complement and enhance EwingCole’s ability to expand and deepen relationships with our clients.”
Prior to starting her own consulting firm, Bailey held past director of business development and marketing positions at leading construction companies including Gilbane Building Co. and HSC Builders & Construction Managers. Her track record includes working closely with leadership and cross-disciplinary teams to strategize and implement business development and marketing plans.
