England Doubles Las Vegas Space

The new showroom, which will debut at the Jan. 18-22 Winter Market, brings England to 15,000 square feet in Building B, where the company relocating from the ninth floor (B-965) to the fifth floor (B-555). 

“As our product line continues to grow, we saw the need for more real estate in Las Vegas,” said England Furniture President Terry England. “We’ve seen how Las Vegas Market has grown over the years and continues to do so, bringing more buyers to see product, and that’s what we want. Our lines have expanded and Las Vegas can accommodate all we have to offer, enabling us to reach a diverse buyer audience all in one place. It’s an ideal situation for us.”

Tennessee-based England Furniture manufactures a full line of upholstered furniture--sofas, love seats, sectionals, sleepers, chairs, ottomans and a selection of tables and rugs. In addition, the company offers customized upholstery, with more than 450 styles and designs to choose from.

“We’re delighted that England has committed to a larger space with us in Las Vegas,” said Craig Staack, vice president of home furnishings leasing for International Market Centers. “With the kind of product they have and the sheer variety of styles and designs, doubling their space was warranted. They have a great product and now they have the proper backdrop to showcase it.”
