IDS Joins Continuing Education Council

The Interior Design Society has joined the Interior Design Continuing Education Council (IDCEC) effective Jan. 1.

The interior designer association said it hopes that by joining IDCEC the process for its members to take and file for continuing education units will become easier.

The membership will allow ISD members access to a wider number of CEU courses for credit and the cost for filing the units will be lowered to $5 per course. The continuing education unit requirement remains 0.8 CEUs per cycle.

Members can find instructions on how to set up a free ICDEC account online.
