4 New Tenants for C5 Launch in Las Vegas

Las Vegas Furniture Market announced that Auskin, Chive, Pheromone and Woven Workz are the latest vendors to confirm their participation debut of C5, the Market’s newest resource for high-end home décor, home textiles, and accessories.

Launching six months earlier than originally scheduled, the premiere of a transformed C5 will debut as a hybrid presentation of permanent showrooms and temporary exhibits at the Jan.-22 show.

“Las Vegas Market is delighted to welcome another four charter tenants to C5, which is launching this winter with more than 30 boutique showrooms alongside 40,000 square feet of home décor and home textile temporary exhibition space,” said Dorothy Belshaw, president of Gift & Home Décor, International Market Centers. “As the leading furniture, home décor and gift destination in the western United States, Las Vegas Market is committed to presenting the widest diversity of high quality home fashions in a comprehensive, multi-dimensional buying platform designed to appeal to today’s cross-category buyers and suppliers.”

The four new anchor tenants include Auskin, a major supplier of bedding and accessories made from sheepskin, wool and other natural fibers, opening a 978-square-foot showroom; Chive, a supplier of innovative and elegant vases in glass, plastic, aluminum, porcelain and ceramic, debuting a 1,700-square-foot showroom; Pheromone, a vendor of unique artwork incorporating exquisite natural artifacts from around the world, launching a 1,041-square-foot showroom; and Woven Workz, a manufacturer of elegantly-designed throws, blankets and accessories crafted from heavyweight chenille, mulberry silk, bamboo, luxurious faux fur and variegated knit yarns, opening a 500-square-foot showroom.

Originally planned for Summer 2015 as part of the third and final phase of Las Vegas Market’s three-year strategic growth plan for gift and home decor, the launch of C5 was accelerated in response to a combination of high occupancy levels on existing home décor floors, increased interest from vendors and overall leasing momentum.
