Caracole Heads to Las Vegas Market

Full-line furniture vendor Caracole will show for the first time at Las Vegas Furniture Market during the Jan. 18-22 winter show.

Caracole will debut in a 1,701-square-foot showroom on the first floor of World Market Center's Building C. The company joins Silkroute, Nourison Rug Co., Lenox, Water Wedgewood Royal Doulton, Vietri and other high-end brands.

“For years we carefully followed the progression and growth of Las Vegas Market,” said Jeff Young, CEO of Caracole/Schnadig International. "We have noticed the recent addition of more style-conscious resources and the welcomed increased response from both retailers and designers with geographic proximity to Las Vegas. As the growth and influence of, in particular, our Caracole line spreads to the western U.S., we are anxious to expose our unique product offering and value to Las Vegas market attendees. The Vegas market also makes sense for our continued focus on international customers, many of whom have chosen Las Vegas as their U.S. market destination. We look forward to a growing relationship with the Las Vegas Market."

Launched in 2009, Caracole looks to create furnishings with personality and high style at a good value. Unique material selections and multi-functionality form the core of the design process, with an additional focus on creating individual and stand-alone pieces that create "jewelry for the home." Proprietary wood finishes, including luminous and metallic effects, demonstrate leadership and innovation from the fashion-forward line, along with the in-house designed hardware and expert selection of upholstery covers from the merchandising team. Caracole offers custom options in its Caracole Couture program, which features best-selling upholstered frames, including beds, available in more than 200 fabrics or COM, and in a variety of finishes.

“The commitment of a high-caliber brand like Caracole is a testament to the evolution of Las Vegas Market,” said Bob Maricich, CEO of International Market Centers. “Over the years, we have continued to enrich and enhance better resource offerings among higher price points. Caracole is highly regarded throughout the industry and particularly among designers. We are thrilled to have them join us.”
