Linda McDougald Design Tapped for Charleston-Area Project

Linda McDougald Design | Postcard from Paris Home, a Greenville, SC-based interior design firm, has been selected by East West Partners as the interior designer for The Tides IV condominiums in the Charleston, S.C., area.

LS3P Associates is the architect of the project.

Linda McDougald Design has been tapped for all interior design specifications and selections as well as furniture plans and selections for all common areas. The company will also design the sales office and a model condominium showcasing the quality and convenience of these new waterfront residences.

“We selected Linda McDougald Design | Postcard from Paris Home based on their reputation within South Carolina and throughout this region,”said Miller Harper, managing partner with East West Partners. “For this caliber of project, we knew we needed a firm with the design talent and capability to manage such a large scale project and the ability to do so at the highest levels and within a budget. And this firm has delivered time and time again.”

The Tides has become one of Charleston’s preferred luxury condominium addresses with its waterfront views and Mt. Pleasant, S.C., location.

“The Tides is an exciting and extensive project, something that enables us to leverage the strengths of our firm on many levels,” said Linda McDougald, principal and lead designer of Linda McDougald Design. “The high-quality project developments of East West Partners are impressive, and we are thrilled to bring our design perspective and expertise to their latest luxury undertaking.”
