ART Changes Board Leadership

2014 by in Designer Weekly
Susan Andrulis has been named president of the Accessories Resource Team (ART), the creative home furnishings network and trade association. Kellee Hollenback Hammond has been named executive vice president of the organization's board.
The change follows the decision by Mindy Lowack, former president, to step aside for personal reasons. Lowack remains on the board in her new role as a liaison between ART and Dallas Market Center for the ARTS Awards program.
“It’s an honor to work with so many talented people who now serve on the ART Board," Andrulis said. "Home furnishings associations like ART are challenged with adapting to a rapidly changing industry. I look forward to leading this team to find solutions and provide opportunities that will benefit our members and attract new members to this important industry association.”
The ART board of directors is an all-volunteer board with new bylaws adopted in May 2014. The president and board are currently accepting applications from ART members to serve on the transition/interim board. ART members that are interested in serving an interim term can apply for a position by downloading the application online.
