Panelists include outdoor design experts Debra Yates, Stanley Matz and David Phillips. Yates and Matz, both previous award winners of DCOTA’s Stars of Design for Landscape Design and Architecture, will join veteran lighting representative Phillips of Lighting Concepts, to explore and discuss the different elements that work best for outdoor design in South Florida.
