NY IIDA to Host Facilities Forum

The New York Chapter of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA NY) will host the Facilities Forum at Columbia University.

The event, set for June 25, will be moderated by Justin Mardex, director of workplace strategy at Ted Moudis Associates. Members of the panel include Sacha Zarba of CBRE, Leslie Whatley of StartUp NY, and Jesse Keenan, research director for the Center of Urban Real Estate (CURE) at Columbia University.

New York City is home to some of the most expensive commercial real estate properties in the world, yet companies and individuals continually flock to the city to establish themselves. What are the driving factors that justify these real estate prices and design choices? What are the current trends shaping the markets in the five boroughs? How is the co-working/amenities sharing product affecting the market? What new types of businesses and leaders are these areas attracting? The panel will address these issues and more.

Registration is required and can be completed online
