Surya Announces Events for Spring High Point Furniture Market

The interactive sessions will enable attendees to learn valuable design tips and explore the latest trends while exchanging ideas with peers in a comfortable and relaxed setting.
Events include:
* Spring Showroom Celebration, Sunday, April 6 at 6 p.m. Market participants are invited to mingle with retailers, designers and the Surya team to celebrate the latest styles in home fashion, all while enjoying an open bar and hors d’oeuvres, along with a DJ and dancing.
* Design Presentations That Sell, Monday, April 7 at 4 p.m. During this Design Tech Summit panel, Jennifer Flanders, one of HGTV's Real Designing Women; Shay Geyer, Good Morning Texas design expert and High Point Market Style Spotter; and design technology firms Autodesk and 3Dream will discuss ways to apply the latest technology to generate quick, easy and beautiful floor plans and interiors.
* Seeing Red, Tuesday, April 8 at 2 p.m. After blue, red is the most popular color in the world. This CEU course, presented by Sherwin-Williams, will take attendees through the history of red, give them a better understanding of the symbolism, psychology and physiology associated with the hue and illustrate how red shines in home interiors. (IDCEC approved for 1 CEU)
