Social in the Salon Set for High Point Market

"Social in the Salon" a multi-day food and beverage event for buyers, designers, media and bloggers is set for High Point Furniture Market.

The event runs 3-6 p.m. daily, April 5-8 in Suites at Market Square, Salon Mezzanine Level, aisles M7000 and M8000.

Spearheaded by exhibitor nine6 Design, the majority of exhibitors in the Salon Mezzanine have joined together to present a Multi-day food and beverage event for Buyers, Designers, Media and Bloggers in the Salon Mezzanine level.

"Working off of the success of last market's Sushi in the Salon event, adding more days and food varieties was the obvious next step," said Ed Glazier of nine6. "The fact that almost all the exhibitors in the Salon Mezzanine are participating is sure to make these events a destination not to be missed."

"We want to offer an environment that buyers, designers and media know they can come, feel welcome and explore our unique wares," said Pandora de Balthazar of Luxe Sleep.

Social in the Salon starts Saturday, April 5, with a Market Kick off: Wine and Cheese. Sunday, April 6, features Sushi in the Salon. Monday, April 7, will be An Italian Getaway for your Mouth. Tuesday, April 8, will be An Afternoon Delight: Coffee and Cakes.

Contributing Exhibitors are nine6 Design, Pandora De Balthazar/Luxe Sleep, Phylum Design, Piper Collection, MFANO, Solaria Lighting, Fortunata, BD Collection, Iron Thread Design and Blue Ocean Traders. Several other exhibitors will be participating: Stuart Lawrence Design, Priscilla and Parker, Dallas A. Saunders and Gaisbauer Furniture.
