Upholstery specialist HTL International plans to unveil an accent chair program to accompany its Muse upholstery line at the High Point Market.
The collection features swivel chairs, armless chairs and stationary pieces, many of which will be available in both fabric and leather. The products shown will be highlighted using the 100 leathers and fabrics offered in the collection.
The company will also introduce several sofa designs for Muse.
“Accents are a great way to put a fresh spin on a room,” said Stefanie J. Lucas, president of Domicil & brands, North America. “Most people are not comfortable using patterns or bold colors on a sofa, but with accent pieces it’s easy to express personality while making a great fashion statement within a space.”
Earlier this month, HTL introduced a stocking program for Muse to meet increasing demand of the contemporary category in the North American market. The collection consists of 10 groups in a mix of leather and fabrics. Retailers can order these styles without having to buy by the container load, and have them on their showroom floors immediately.
