Las Vegas Market Adds 8 Gift and Home Decor Tenants

7055 INC, Giftcraft, Indus Design Imports, Kenroy Home, Natural Curiosities, Orian Rugs, Saddlemans of Santa Fe and Seasonal Living are opening new showrooms in time for the Jan. 26-30 winter Market at World Market Center Las Vegas.

In addition, Fine Lines, a powerhouse multi-line sales agency, will expand into a second showroom space as part of its debut in Las Vegas this winter.

"Leasing continues to accelerate at Las Vegas Market, with another eight leading gift and home decor resources opening showrooms in time for winter market," said Dorothy Belshaw, president of Gift & Home Décor, International Market Centers. "This continued addition of resources, coupled with Fine Lines' decision to expand its Las Vegas showroom space--in advance of its market debut--is a remarkable testament to our vision of Las Vegas as the leading furniture, home décor and gift market in the western United States."

Within the gift and lifestyle category, Giftcraft will open a 2,200-square foot showroom on C6 to showcase decorative and functional artist-driven home décor, garden décor ,and gifts, including the Charlie Paige fashion accessories line. Additionally, Fine Lines, which had already secured an 11,000-square-foot showroom for its Las Vegas Market debut this winter, will add an additional 2,091-square-foot showroom on C10 to showcase its new tabletop collection, which features four luxury brands: Caskata, iittala, Magenta and Royal Copenhagen. 

On C4, four new home décor showrooms will debut in January: Indus Design Imports is showcasing its one-of-a-kind Old World rustic furniture and interior accessories in a 2,724-square-foot showroom; Natural Curiosities is opening up a 2,400 square-foot showroom; Saddleman's, a supplier of premium quality cowhide rugs, is returning to Las Vegas Market after a hiatus and taking a 1,554-square-foot showroom; and Seasonal Living, a direct importer and manufacturer of indoor and outdoor design and decorative accessories, is opening a 1,636-square foot showroom. On C6, Kenroy Home will showcase its decorative lighting, fountains and home accessories in a new 2,130-square foot showroom. 

On the fourth floor of Building A, two new home décor suppliers--Orian Rugs and 7055 INC--also will open new showrooms for the winter market. 7055 INC will showcase its line of contemporary, original and metal wall decor and home décor in a 1,507-square-foot showroom; and Orian Rugs will present its line of innovative, decorative area and scatter rugs in a 6,252-square-foot showroom.
