R&A Marketing Launches Sleep Promotion Program

This turnkey marketing program is designed to turn stores into mattress-shopping destinations. The program provides materials to develop a truly integrated marketing program, including all traditional media (print, broadcast, direct mail), e-mail, online marketing and social media centered on your brand--all designed to increase mattress sales.
“There are plenty of manufacturer mattress programs out there. We’ve all seen them and we use them everyday. However, truly think about what they do. They promote their brand,” said Kevin Doran, CEO of R&A Marketing, Columbus, Ohio. “Think about what they don’t do. Promote your store as a destination for all kinds of mattress shoppers.”
R&A has designed a fully customizable, turnkey package to promote a retailers store as the ideal location for every mattress shopper by promoting all the mattress brands retailers sell and all the consumer needs they meet. R&A is taking its 30 years of customized, dealer specific advertising programs and bringing a turn key vehicle to the home furnishings industry with the goal of selling more mattresses.
R&A has brought on bedding industry veteran Scott Graham to expand Sleep Better Promotions. Graham brings more than 30 years of experience as a sales rep for Simmons Mattress Co. and as a retailer with PMD Furniture Direct.
While at Simmons Mattress Company, Graham was a key account executive for Macy’s, City Mattress, Banner Mattress, Rent-to-Own and Mattress Warehouse. While at PMD, Graham was vice president of merchandising and operations. During his time there PMD grew to more than 125 locations in more than 40 states.
