Tupelo Readies for Furniture Market

Officials at the Tupelo Furniture Market are prepping for the start of next month's market set to start February 6 and run through February 9.
The floors are shined, fresh coats of paint are being applied and things are moving forward as the Tupelo Furniture Market buildings are being prepared for business.
The market starts February 6 and runs through February 9.
It expects big things this year since the event is practically sold out.
"We're almost sold out. 2.5 million square feet of exhibit space and almost sold out for this event," said Kevin Seddon, the market's president.
He says there will be about 30 to 50 new companies this year displaying their products.
For others, it will mark their first trip to Tupelo.
One reason for that, he says, is that the market's sales staff has been hard at work, but getting new exhibitors is not an easy task.
