Located in Washington, D.C.'s design district, Cady's Alley is home to an great collection of high-end showrooms and shops, offering a distinctive setting for Donghia.
Since their first D.C. showroom opened more than 20 years ago in the Washington Design Center, Donghia has become an integral part of the D.C. design community. During the transition to the new showroom, staff will remain available to clients for their design needs.
The new showroom will feature Donghia's collection of furniture, lighting, accessories, and textiles, including Rubelli and Sahco - the European collections also known as Bergamo Fabrics - and some of the finest lines of textiles and lighting that Donghia represents. The space will be designed by Creative Director Chuck Chewning and will offer an innovative and functional work environment for their D.C. clients.
"D.C. is an important region for our company," said Andrea Rubelli, president CEO. "This is a highly-sophisticated design and luxury market and we embrace the opportunity to create a new showroom in Georgetown that serves our clients and offers a space where they can work efficiently, but also relax and be inspired. The new showroom will continue selling through the trade only, yet will be easily accessible to everyone attracted to fine home furnishings and textiles."
