Martin Furniture Completes Warehouse Construction

By Home Furnishings Business in Home Office on December 2008 Construction worth an estimated $10.1 million has been completed on Martin Furniture’s two warehouse buildings in the San Diego area, according to a report Monday in the San Diego Business Journal.

The project, located in the Britannia Industrial Park and in Otay Mesa, and totals 211,580 square feet. One facility totals 107,680 square feet, with 88,680 square feet of warehouse, 15,000 square feet of office space and a 4,000-square-foot shipping/receiving annex. The second building totals 103,900 square feet of warehouse space.
