Feinblum, Simonetti to Receive Jerry Gans Award from Greater New York HFA

By Home Furnishings Business in Furniture Retailing on October 2008 The Greater New York Home Furnishings Association has announced that Julius Feinblum and Ray Simonetti are the recipients of this year’s Jerry Gans Memorial Award for distinguished service to the furniture industry.

Feinblum is CEO of Julius M. Feinblum Real Estate Inc.; and Simonetti is the area representative for Broyhill Furniture.

This year’s David Druckman Lifetime Achievement Award goes to Joe Bograd, President of Bograd’s Fine Furniture for his years of involvement in the furniture industry.

Feinblum, Simonetti and Bograd will be honored at the association’s annual dinner dance, Saturday, Nov. 22, at Terrace on the Park in Flushing Meadow.
