Legacy Classic Announces Retailer Awards

By Home Furnishings Business in Case Goods on May 2008 High Point-based Legacy Classic recently announced that it honored two of its customers with Retailer of the Year awards at the April High Point Market.

Levin Furniture, Smithton, Pa., which operates 13 locations in Pennsylvania and Ohio, was named Legacy Classic’s Retailer of the Year. The Place Furniture Galleries, a four-store chain on Long island, received the Legacy Classic Kids Retailer of the Year award. The company’s stores include a Kids-n-Teens location.

Criteria for the award includes the retailer’s commitment to Legacy Classics in terms of growth, volume, floor space, advertising, product display and investment for the future.
