West Elm Strikes Condominium Deal

West Elm, a 27-store subsidiary of Williams-Sonoma, has partnered with one of the largest real estate developers in Washington, D.C., to provide design consultation and furniture to a new high-end residential building, Midtown Alexandria.
The design services agreement for residents of the 368-unit high-rise condominium tower is one of a number of strategic alliances for the developer, Kettler, which also features GE Profile appliances in the building.
