High Point Market visitors will be able to get discounts and special offers at more than 80 Triad-area merchants with a new “Market Passport” that will be distributed by the Market Authority during the March 26-April 1 event.
Expanding on a “Market to Mall” card initiated several markets ago by Oak Hollow Mall, the new discount program involves Chamber of Commerce members in High Point, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Archdale, Thomasville and Kernersville. The Market Passport will be distributed to registered market attendees at area hotels, inside market buildings and in Market Authority information booths in the transportation terminal outside the International Home Furnishings Center’s Commerce Street entrance.
Tom Dayvault, president and CEO of the High Point Chamber of Commerce said, “It’s very important to our Chamber and our neighboring Chambers throughout the Triad that market guests feel warmly welcomed when they come to High Point. Our members eagerly became part of this discount card program so that everyone involved with market would know how special they are to our community.”
