Henredon Taps Stamey for Latin American Sales

By Home Furnishings Business in on March 2007 Henredon Furniture has named David Stamey marketing representative for Latin America. He will report to David Parker, vice president of international sales.

Stamey is very familiar with the Latin American market, having come to Henredon from the position of trade representative for the North Carolina Department of Commerce International Trade Division’s Mexico office in Mexico City.

While with NCDOC, Stamey worked to build business in Mexico for North Carolina-based companies, many of which were furniture manufacturers.

“He knows many, many of our Latin American Henredon dealers already, and that’s a big advantage,” Parker said. “David will join us effective the upcoming High Point Market.”

Stamey will be based in Mexico City.
