Pilgrim Opens Third Store

By Home Furnishings Business in Store Openings on March 1, 2010 Pilgrim Furniture City has opened a third location in Manchester, Conn.

The Southington, Conn.-based retailer converted a 72,000-square-foot retail space into an open showroom concept designed to be comfortable and convenient for consumers.

"These are challenging times but Pilgrim Furniture City's business is good, the formula of good customer service and competitive pricing seems to be working," said Mike Albert, owner and president. "Employment is staple and we are feeling healthy, strong, and optimistic."

The retailer will host its ribbon cutting for the store Thursday, March 4.
