Kathwari to Present at Credit Suisse

Farooq Kathwari will make his presentation at 1:30 p.m., and a webcast of the presentation will be available on the company’s Web site at ethanallen.com/investors.

In anticipation of being asked to comment on current business trends Kathwari said, “Our focus on providing customers with decorating solutions and superior service has continued to differentiate Ethan Allen, and our business trends have remained positive. As we have said previously, we believe that the analysts’ estimates for the fourth quarter ended June 30, 2006 are within reach.”
