La-Z-Boy to Present at Morgan Stanley Conference

By Home Furnishings Business in on June 2006 La-Z-Boy Inc. will take part in Morgan Stanley’s Small Cap Executive Conference Thursday in New York.

Mark Stegeman, vice president and treasurer for La-Z-Boy, will make a presentation at the conference at 12:15 p.m.

The presentation will be webcast live and will be available on La-Z-Boy’s Web site via the link la-z-boy.com/about/investorRelations/conf_calls.aspx . Participants are encouraged to log on at least five minutes prior to the presentation. A replay will be available approximately one hour following the conclusion of the presentation.
