OfficeMax Declares Dividend

By Home Furnishings Business in on February 2006 OfficeMax has announced a regular quarterly dividend of $.15 per common share, payable on April 15 to shareholders of record on April 1.

In addition, the company also declared a regular, semiannual dividend of about $1.66 per share on the company's convertible preferred stock, Series D. The dividend is payable June 28 to shareholders of record June 14.
