Scozzafava, Other FBI Execs Buy Shares

Furniture Brands International (NYSE: FBN) Chairman and CEO Ralph Scozzafava bought 50,000 shares earlier this week at $4.10, bringing his indirect stake to 230,000 and his direct stake to 20,000, according to a
report.
In addition, Jeff Cook, president of Broyhill Furniture bought 10,000 shares at $4.43, and Jon Botsford, sr. vice president, general counsel and secretary, bought 5,000 shares at $4.43.
The last time the CEO bought a large chuck of stock was in November when the stock was priced in the mid-$3s. Also in January 2009 he bought when the stock was in the low $1s; it currently it trades between $4 and $5.
