A Marlo Furniture store is planned on State Route 3 in Spotsylvania County, Virginia.
The company recently submitted an application with Spotsylvania officials for a commercial building permit at 4040 Plank Road. That 30,000-square-foot building was formerly home to RoomStore Furniture, which went bankrupt.
