4Q Net Income at The Brick Climbs to $13.7 million

The Brick Ltd. (TSX: BRK) says its net income rose 3.4 per cent in the fourth quarter of 2012 to $13.7 million, or 13 cents per diluted share.
That compares to net income of $13.2 million, or 10 cents per diluted share, in the same period a year before.
The fourth-quarter result includes $4 million in costs related to the acquisition of the company by rival Leon's Furniture Ltd. (TSX:LNF).
