Furniture Stocks Rebound As Home Sales Pick Up

Purchasing a new home usually requires an investment in furniture, including perhaps a bed or a sofa, and maybe some decorations.
With housing sales on the rebound, some furniture stocks have been moving higher. The Household-Office Furniture industry group was ranked No. 31 out of IBD's 197 groups as of Thursday. That's up from No. 55 three weeks ago and No. 70 six weeks ago.
