Broyles Named CFO at Dormeo Octaspring

Bedding vendor Dormeo Octaspring, has named Jason Broyles chief financial officer for North American operations.

Broyles brings more than 20 years of extensive financial knowledge to the company. He most recently served as chief financial officer at Hunter MFG., a consumer products company in the licensed sports industry that produces and distributes products for all major professional sports leagues throughout North America. Prior to that, he worked as the vice president of finance and accounting for Tempur-Pedic€™s U.S. business during the company€™s IPO and fastest growth years from 2003 to 2008. Before joining Tempur-Pedic, he held the position of corporate controller at DMI Furniture, a subsidiary of Flexsteel, for four years and before that, worked as a senior auditor and business consultant at Arthur Andersen.

Broyles is a Certified Public Accountant and received his bachelor€™s degree from Bellarmine University, where he majored in accounting and business management.
