Rozenboom Joins Larson-Juhl

Doug Rozenboom has been named senior vice president of global merchandising and product development for Larson-Juhl.
He reports to Drew Van Pelt, chief executive officer.
In his new role, Rozenboom is responsible for designing products to support more than 15 global markets and developing new categories of goods. As the leader of LarsonJuhl's global design team, Rozenboom will leverage key business opportunities to increase LarsonJuhl brand awareness on a global scale, as well as consistently increase product offerings with international appeal across worldwide markets.
Rozenboom joins LarsonJuhl from WalMart Stores where he was vice president of creative for the retailer's home and seasonal businesses, as well as serving as corporate officer there. Prior to his work with WalMart, Rozenboom held executive leadership positions as vice president of product development for Thomasville Furniture Inds. and as director of design for San Franciscobased Pottery Barn, a division of WilliamsSonoma.
"Doug's breadth of experience in the home decor market and his product development expertise will enhance our brand within the framing industry," Van Pelt said. "His ability to innovate and his keen attention to market feedback will help us to quickly bring new products to market, which are targeted towards specific consumer needs and requests. This increased innovation will initially manifest itself in the framing category, and thus broaden our product offering to customers. I look forward to all that is to come working with Doug."
