€œGreg is an established and effective sales leader with excellent communication skills and a proven record of sales success,€ said Ricks. €œHe has a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with retailers large and small across all distribution channels, providing them with products and ideas that help them reach new customers and grow their business.€

€œI am very excited to be joining Furniture Classics as it prepares for a new wave of growth,€ said Johnston. €œThis is a respected, well-managed company, with first-rate quality and service and high-value products that are designed and priced to retail.€

Furniture Classics specializes in solid-wood reproductions in styles that range from traditional English and country French to transitional and industrial/contemporary. In addition, Furniture Classics€™ Two Palms Casual division offers a full line of casual furniture for indoor and outdoor use. The line includes seating and tables in materials such as premium resin wicker, woven seagrass and pole rattan, natural rattan and solid mahogany, and reclaimed teak.

Furniture Classics operates a 200,000-square-foot warehouse at its headquarters in Norfolk, Va., with an in-stock position on €œnearly all of our line,€ said Ricks. The company has showrooms in High Point, Las Vegas, Atlanta and at its Virginia office.
