Home furnishings retailer Leon & Lulu has set its winter Artists' Market for Nov. 25-26 at the Clawson, Mich., store.
Artists from across the state will congregate 11 a.m.-5 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 25; and 3-9 p.m. on the following Monday at Leon & Lulu to showcase a variety of handcrafted wares in a juried show. The market exhibits more than 40 local artists with products including jewelry, pottery, photography, clothing, and much more. All products are hand made in Michigan, and the artists will be in attendance.
"Being able to showcase 38 local artist as well as all of the American made goods is a delight," said Store Owner Mary Liz Curtin. "Join us and the salvation army bell ringer for our 15th Artists' Market."
There is no admission fee to attend or exhibit, giving emerging artisans a high-traffic place to showcase their goods with no out-of-pocket expense. The event benefits the Salvation Army.
