Wayfair Adds to Board of Directors

Julie M.B. Bradley has been named to the board of directors of home furnishings retailer Wayfair.
As senior vice president and chief financial officer for TripAdvisor (NASDAQ: TRIP), Bradley brings extensive financial expertise and more than a decade of technology leadership to the Wayfair board.
Throughout her career, Bradley has held executive financial leadership roles at technology companies, including Art Technology Group, Inc. (acquired by Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL) in 2010) and Akamai Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: AKAM) Her leadership of financial operations for highly successful technology companies as well as her current role at TripAdvisor position Bradley as an ideal addition to Wayfair.com's board.

Bradley currently serves as a board member for ExactTarget and as a member of the board of trustees of The Judge Baker's Children's Center. She earned a bachelor of arts in economics from Wheaton College and is a certified public accountant.
