Karastan Expanding in Atlanta

Rug vendor Karastan will expand and remodel its AmericasMart showroom for the Jan. 10-13 Atlanta International Area Rug Market.
The expansion will give Karastan, the long-time premier manufacturer of machine-made area rugs, more than 7,000 square feet of space in its existing location on Floor 3 of Building 1. The new space will fully support several new line extensions.
We are very happy about Karastans new commitment to AmericasMart, said Kevin Malkiewicz, AmericasMart vice president of leasing. This expansion underscores the fact that we have the Number One area rug market in the country.
The move positions Karastan to better showcase its growing product line to a broader base of customers.

Our expansion plan is key to presenting our newest products in a comfortable and inviting environment, and as always the new showroom will capture the sophistication and style of the Karastan brand.
The new showroom is one of the anchors in one of the nations preeminent rug market and one of the reasons buyers from around the world consider Atlanta a must-attend event to see the latest introductions.
