Peltier to Run Stein World Direct Accounts

Accent furniture vendor Stein World has named Jim Peltier vice president of strategic accounts and direct imports.
An industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience in the furniture industry, both in manufacturing and in retail, Peltier most recently was a territory manager with Lane Furniture.
We are excited to have someone of Jims caliber join our team, said Jack Johnson, senior vice president of sales and marketing for Memphis, Tenn.-based Stein World. Jim is an award-winning sales professional with a skill set few people in our industry have. He understands every angle of the businessfrom production to sell-throughand has an impressive record of success. His retail experience is invaluable, and I know he will be an asset to our sales force.
Peltiers other career highlights include serving as a store manager for Lippmans Furniture in Peoria, Ill.; and a store manager for Gutsell & Associates in Chicago.
