Leon & Lulu Kick off to Can Cancer

Home furnishings retailer Leon & Lulu has set its third annual Can Cancer fundraiser for the Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute.
The event at 6-9 p.m., Friday, Sept. 28 at the Clawson, Mich., store kicks off National Breast Cancer Awareness Month(http://www.nationalbreastcancer.org/). Attendees can enjoy Pizza, ice cream and traditional roller rink fare as the shop for creative merchandise, fashionable clothing and gifts.
Sales of Leon & Lulus irreverent breast cancer awareness tee shirt, 10 percent of sales, raffle money and all tips benefit Karmanos. Professional stylists will be standing by to help customers tailor their tee-shirt at the customization station and share multiple ways to wrap and wear falls go-to accessory, the scarf.
We are thrilled that our friends at Buddys Pizza and Rays Ice Cream are helping us kick off Breast Cancer Awareness Month with our third Can Cancer party, said Mary Liz Curtin, owner of Leon & Lulu. Stay abreast of the times. We are happy to serve dumb puns and fabulous food to benefit Karmanos.
