Former Furniture Employee Accused of Stealing

Prosecution and defense lawyers are continuing to work on a possible settlement of criminal charges against a former employee of Raymour and Flanigan who was accused of stealing more than $125,000 from the company.

Anthony J. Caruso Jr., 37, of 4396 Princess Path, Clay, is facing charges of second-degree grand larceny, second-degree forgery and first-degree falsifying business records.
