Brazil Furniture Group Relocates High Point Showroom

Case goods supplier Brazil Furniture Group is moving to a new High Point Market showroom located on South Main Street.

Brazil Furniture Group, a collaboration of Brazilian bedroom furniture makers Renar Furniture and Rotta Furniture, has exhibited in High Point Market since 1998 having permanent offices and a local warehouse facility in the U.S.

The showroom building, located at 243 S. Main St., already houses Cramco and Capris Furniture. 

"As far as the location, it is in a prime area where current buyers are already shopping the building," said Ilton Rotta, vice president. "We felt it would be a great fit.... As we grew as a company and expanded our product line."

Renar Furniture and Rotta Furniture are both third-generation, family-owned manufacturers of solid-pine furniture. The companies each have  170,000-square-foot plants in southern Brazil. Both factories control their own wood supply. Between them, the companies manage 15,000 acres of forest.
