Linwood Furniture LLC is expected to learn today whether it remains in business or is broken down into assets for sale.
A U.S. bankruptcy judge will hear a bankruptcy administrator's motion to convert Linwood from a Chapter 11 case into a Chapter 7 liquidation. Judge Catharine Aron has set the hearing for 2 p.m. at the Winston-Salem courthouse.
